The District of Poland and America(the DPA) is a type of Territory of both the United States of America and The Republic of Poland. It is both a Constitutional Monarchy and a Democracy with the Queen being Queen Anne I and the Head of Government is Federalist Cowen Funkhouser. It was established on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 3:00PM. The people of the DPA only consist of its family’s(which are the families of the Queen and Federalist)—the Funkhouser’s and the Gullick’s. The DPA is mainly in Arkansas, where the Capital is—Sherwood. The DPA’s pop. is ~110.
The History of the DPA
The DPA technically started in about mid 2020, when Cowen Funkhouser crowned his pet dog the Queen. Nothing else! The full name, the DPA, was not established. No military. No military medals. No laws. Nothing. All that it started with was a cardboard crown and a blue paper sash.

Eventually, things got more realistic and serious years later. Cowen Funkhouser made a Coat of Arms,

a Royal Armed Forces, and, yes, this is a homemade cannon down below,
and more. Unfortunately, in August 2025, the Queen had died peacefully at the Monarchy Mansion(the capital). A State Funeral was held.
Now things were getting serious. Funkhouser made himself the Head of Government, and his mother the Queen. He took trips to Washington, DC, Chicago, state capital cities—like a real Head of Government. He now continues, collecting military medals, going to state Capitol cities, and more—expecting a DPA Constitution made soon.
THE GOVERNMENT
The DPA is a Constitutional Monarchy and a Democracy. While considering this, the people of the government oddly only consist of 2 people—the Federalist and the Queen! While this may seem undemocratic, the 2 have monthly meetings to discuss new ideas for laws. The laws are almost always voted by the people.

CULTURE OF THE DPA
Most of the DPA people are living in America, while some distant relatives live in the Polish part. Most are Caucasian Americans from Arkansas, as the capital is there. The two families of the DPA are the Funkhouser’s and the Gullick’s who most tend to live profitable and happy lives.

As seen above, the DPA people often enjoy having pets also. An extremely popular activity of the DPA is basically anything outdoors—from Colorado to Arkansas, the DPA people love camping. Many have also gone to beautiful cities, like London, Honolulu, Washington, D.C., Little Rock and more.
INTERESTING SITES
The DPA does not have tour able places for non DPA citizens, yet this idea of tours is actually in progress—maybe it’ll happen one day.
The only State Park of the DPA is hoonoes State Park, part of the capital city. It is about 5 acres wide, and was established in August 2024. It now has hiking trails, treehouses, cabins and more.

Another place is high in the mountains outside of Mayflower, AR, and is being considered to become a State Park. It also is being planned to possibly someday be the only tour able site of the DPA. it is about a 5 acre wide property with a grand view of much of Arkansas.
